We are excited to announce that today, Shared Value Africa launched Shared Value Nigeria, marking another significant milestone in our mission to bring about transformative change across the African continent. Following our successful expansions into Kenya, this new office is a testament to our commitment to driving sustainable business practices throughout Africa.
Nigeria, as the largest economy on the continent, plays a pivotal role in Africa’s economic landscape. With a GDP of approximately 477.38 billion USD, Nigeria stands as a powerhouse, rivaled only by Egypt. Its substantial population of over 200 million people underscores the potential impact of our initiatives.
At Shared Value Africa, we believe it is imperative to shift leadership mindsets towards the business management concept of Shared Value, which focuses on creating prosperity and value for all stakeholders. By consciously and deliberately adopting the principles of Creating Shared Value, Nigeria’s private sector, supported by government initiatives, can make a profound difference in the lives of every Nigerian.
Our goal is to foster a business environment where companies not only thrive economically but also contribute positively to society. As we establish Shared Value Nigeria, we look forward to collaborating with local businesses and leaders to champion this vision and drive sustainable growth and development across the nation. Together, we can build a more equitable and prosperous future for all.

Innovation and Competitiveness
Inclusive business models encourage innovation by involving diverse perspectives and skills in the economy.
Strengthening Local Markets
Creating value within local communities and businesses can strengthen domestic markets, making them more resilient to external shocks.
Attracting Investment
Investors are increasingly looking for sustainable and responsible investment opportunities.
Enhancing Reputation and Stability
Markets that are perceived as stable and equitable are more likely to attract and retain high-quality talent.
Tiekie and Adeolu as a collective is driven to consciously and intentionally shift mindsets towards creating shared value and profit with purpose and align to the UN Sustainable Goals vision to leave no one behind.
