The Shared Value Africa Initiative just launched a Gender Assessment Tool, which moves us from awareness to action on gender equity. The event, which took place on August 18th at the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, was attended by some of the leaders in the South African Cooperate Industry. As a result, the assessment tool has spread throughout large enterprises. It is past time for every organisation to employ this technology to help them with gender equality.
